Care & safety
Burn it well
First burn
- Do not trim the wick for the first burn.
- Allow at least 2 hours so the melt pool reaches the full top of the candle — this prevents tunneling.
Every burn after
- Trim the wick to ~1/4" each time before lighting.
- Do not burn more than 4 hours at a time.
- Stop burning at the last 1/2" of wax to protect surfaces.
Safety
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Always burn on a non-flammable surface.
- Never leave a lit candle unattended.
